UPAA in America Scholarship Grant – 1st Semester, AY 2025–2026

• Incoming freshman students enrolled in four-year or five-year undergraduate degree programs at UP Visayas or UP Cebu
  
• Students with parental annual gross income not exceeding Php 500,000.00
  
• Must not be taking a secondary bachelor’s degree
  
• 2 slots available for AY 2025–2026

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

• Semestral stipend equivalent to USD 300.00 (in Philippine peso)

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen
• Must be a regular first-year student enrolled in a four-year or five-year undergraduate program at UP Visayas or UP Cebu
• Must have a General Weighted Average of at least 3.0, with no grade of “5.0,” “DRP,” or any unremoved “4.0” or “INC” in the preceding semester
• Must be enrolled in at least fifteen (15) units at the time of the scholarship award
• Parents’ or guardians’ annual gross income must not exceed Php 500,000.00
• Must not have been held liable for any disciplinary action worse than a five-day class suspension
• Must not be taking a secondary bachelor’s degree
