OFW Dependent Scholarship Program (ODSP) – AY 2025–2026

• Incoming 1st Year College Students and currently enrolled 2nd–5th Year College Students in any Philippine-based college or university
  
• Dependents (child or sibling) of an active OWWA member whose monthly income does not exceed USD 1,000.00
  
• Must be single and within the age requirements:
  
  • Not more than 21 years old for incoming freshmen
    
  • Not more than 30 years old for current college students
    
• Must not have availed of any other OWWA scholarship
  
• Must have a passing general weighted average from the previous academic year
  
• No specific number of slots was indicated

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

• ₱20,000.00 financial assistance per school year
• Applicable to any 4-year or 5-year baccalaureate or associate course

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be a child or sibling of an active OWWA member
  
• Must be single
  
• Must not have availed of any OWWA scholarship under another family member
  
• Must meet the following age requirements:
  
  • Incoming 1st Year College Students – max age 21
    
  • 2nd–5th Year College Students – max age 30
    
• Must be currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a Philippine-based college or university
  
• Must have a GWA passing grade from the previous academic year
  
• Must have proof of OFW income not exceeding USD 1,000.00/month
  
• Required Documents:
  
  • Copy of valid OFW passport (bio page)
    
  • Valid school ID or any government-issued ID of the dependent
    
  • Birth certificate or baptismal certificate of the dependent
    
  • Proof of OFW income (e.g., OEC, payslip, certificate of employment with stated income)
    
  • 2×2 photo with white background, name tag, and signature of the dependent
