Who May Apply

Incoming first-year students
Residents of Misamis Occidental
Must not be receiving other financial assistance or scholarships
Must belong to families with an annual income not exceeding ₱300,000
Must be children or grandchildren of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) or Small Farmers and Fisherfolk (SFFs)

Benefits

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

Annual grant of ₱100,000 (less applicable taxes)
Book allowance and support for course requirements (e.g., clothing, uniform, shoes)
Special cash incentives upon graduating with honors:
- Summa Cum Laude: ₱100,000
- Magna Cum Laude: ₱70,000
- Cum Laude: ₱50,000
Reimbursement of up to ₱16,000 for licensure review and exam-related expenses

Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

Must be an incoming first-year student at NMSCST
Must be a resident of Misamis Occidental
Must be a child or grandchild of ARBs or SFFs
Must have a general average of at least 90% or belong to the top 10 of their SHS class
Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship
Must have a total family income not exceeding ₱300,000
