Who may apply
- Incoming 1st year and current 2nd year college students for AY 2024–2025
- Students currently enrolled in Higher Education Institutions in Metro Manila, Baguio, Palawan, or Cebu City
- Must have no failing grades
- Must have a GWA of at least 90% for incoming freshmen or at least 2.25 for current 2nd year students
- Must come from families earning no more than PHP 300,000 annually
- Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship
- Must be physically and mentally healthy
- Must be active in church, community, or school organizations
- Must be of good moral and academic character, supported by recommendations from a school official and a barangay/community leader
- Must pass the scholarship selection process, including exams, interviews, and possible home/school visitation

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- Must meet the required GWA (90% for incoming freshmen or 2.25 for current 2nd year)
- Must not be under any existing scholarship
- Must be physically and mentally fit
- Must be enrolled in eligible HEIs located in Metro Manila, Baguio, Palawan, or Cebu
- Must be actively engaged in community/church/school
- Must not exceed PHP 300,000 in annual household income
- Must submit all documentary requirements including endorsement letters, certificates, grades, utility bills, ID photos, and more
