PCAFPD Undergraduate Scholarship 2026
Who May Apply
- Filipino citizens who are current Grade 12 students, SHS graduates not currently enrolled in college, or first-year college students
- Must demonstrate financial need
- Must show strong academic performance and involvement in leadership and community service
- Must commit to serving the Philippines after graduation (not for those intending to work abroad)
- Must apply for a degree program that contributes to national development
- Open only to applicants residing in the following provinces: [see full list below]
- For AY 2026–2027
Benefits
Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:
- Full coverage of tuition and school fees
- Book and educational supplies allowance
- Living allowance per semester
- Reimbursement for other education-related activities (upon approval)
- Laptop computer for undergraduate students
- (For graduate students only: Up to Php 10,000 thesis support upon proposal approval)
Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- Must be one of the following: a Grade 12 student, a high school graduate not currently enrolled, or a first-year college student
- Must have a good academic record
- Must have leadership potential and community involvement
- Must demonstrate financial need
- Must not be planning to work abroad after graduation
