Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

  • Must have received a PhD between May 2022 and August 2025
  • Must complete their dissertation before September 2026
  • Applicants with or without a PhD but with strong research experience may apply
  • Open to graduates from any university and nationality
  • Must have strong English proficiency
  • Harvard postdocs or graduates may apply if their new research differs from prior work
  • Must secure a Harvard faculty mentor who will support the research and provide office or lab space
  • Must be available to work full-time at Harvard for two years
  • Must submit all required documents, including:
    • Research proposal
    • Mission statement
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    • Three (3) samples of writings
    • Reference letter
