Who may apply
- Regular second-year college students pursuing priority S&T courses
- Students with a GWA of at least 83% and no failing grades
- Natural-born Filipino citizens in good health and moral character
- Poor but deserving students for RA 7687; residents of the same municipality for at least 4 years
- No additional criteria for RA 10612; open to general qualified students
Benefits
Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:
- Tuition and other school fees up to ₱40,000.00 per academic year
- ₱10,000.00 annual allowance for learning materials/connectivity
- ₱8,000.00 monthly living allowance
- ₱1,000.00 clothing allowance (1st year, 1st semester only)

- ₱10,000.00 thesis allowance

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen
- Must be a regular second-year student in a priority S&T course at an eligible institution
- Must have a GWA of at least 83% with no failing grades up to 2nd year, 1st semester
- Must be in good moral character and good health
- Must not have previously earned post-secondary units
- For RA 7687: must belong to a low-income household and reside in the same municipality for at least 4 years
- For RA 10612: no additional socio-economic criteria
