Congressional Migrant Workers Scholarship Program (CMWSP) – AY 2025–2026

• Deserving migrant workers (active OFWs) not older than 45 years old
  
• Immediate children of active or inactive OFWs, not older than 21 years old
  
• Applicants with a GWA of at least 80% with no failing grades
  
• Children of OFWs must be in the top 20% of their graduating class
  
• ALS passers with at least 85% average under DepEd’s A&E program
  
• Family must have an annual gross income not exceeding USD 2,400 or ₱76,000
  
• Must not have availed of any other OWWA scholarship under a family member

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

• Up to ₱60,000.00 per school year
  
• Financial assistance is granted until completion of a 4- or 5-year baccalaureate course
  
• Scholars may enroll in any Philippine-based college or university

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be either:
  
  • A migrant worker (active OFW) not older than 45 years old
    
  • A child of an active or inactive OFW, not older than 21 years old
    
• Must have no failing grades and meet academic standing:
  
  • At least 80% GWA
    
  • Top 20% of graduating class (for children of OFWs)
    
• For ALS passers:
  
  • Must have at least 85% average, certified by DepEd-accredited schools
    
• Must not be a beneficiary of any other OWWA scholarship
  
• Must have a family income not exceeding USD 2,400 or ₱76,000 annually
