Who may apply
- Incoming freshmen from BARMM pursuing 4- or 5-year undergraduate degrees in priority courses
- Senior High School or ALS graduates
- BARMM residents who belong to underprivileged, marginalized, low-income, or disadvantaged sectors
- Applicants from special eligibility groups: combatants, orphans, children or spouses of combatants
- Must not be a recipient of any other government or private scholarship
- Applicants whose combined annual family income does not exceed ₱400,000
- Persons with Disability (PWDs), solo parents, Indigenous Peoples (IPs), Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)
Benefits
Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:
- ₱30,000 per semester for educational expenses
- Access to school essentials and academic tools
- Support for BARMM Priority Programs aligned with economic and technological growth
Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a resident of BARMM
- Must be a Senior High School or ALS graduate
- Must enroll in BARMM Priority Programs (e.g., STEM, Agriculture, Fisheries, Engineering, Business, and Islamic Finance)
- Must not be receiving any other scholarship or financial aid
- Must belong to any of the following:
- Low-income families (≤ ₱400,000 annual income)
- Orphans
- Children of solo parents
- PWDs or children of PWDs
- IP community members or children of IPs
- IDPs
- Combatants, children/spouses/orphans of combatants (special eligibility)
