- Ideal for candidates pursuing development-related programs such as MBA, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, or Economics.
- Applicants generally 35 years old or younger, in good health, and committed to contributing to their home country after graduation.

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a citizen of an ADB borrowing member country.

- Must meet NUS English proficiency requirements (TOEFL/IELTS).
