Who may apply

  • Citizens of ADB borrowing member countries seeking to pursue postgraduate studies at the National University of Singapore.
  • Professionals with strong academic records and at least two years of full-time work experience after completing their undergraduate degree.
  • Ideal for candidates pursuing development-related programs such as MBA, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, or Economics.
  • Applicants generally 35 years old or younger, in good health, and committed to contributing to their home country after graduation.

Qualifications
