Erasmus Mundus Master of Arts in Public Policy (MAPP) Scholarship 2026 – Fully Funded

Who may apply

  • International students aspiring to pursue a two-year Master’s degree in Public Policy under the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s framework.
  • Open to applicants from all nationalities (EU/EEA and non-EU), including the Philippines.
  • Applicants must have a background in social sciences, political science, economics, international relations, or related fields.

Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) in social sciences or a related field.
  • Must have strong academic performance (usually equivalent to a 2:1 or GPA of B+ and above).
  • Must demonstrate English proficiency: IELTS 7.0, TOEFL iBT 95, Cambridge C1/C2, or Duolingo 130 (waived if degree was taught in English).
  • Must not currently hold or have previously received an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s scholarship.
  • Must study in at least two consortium countries as part of the program’s mobility requirement.
  • Must not receive another EU-funded scholarship concurrently.
