- Outstanding international students seeking to pursue a Master’s or PhD degree in Saudi Arabia.
- Open to applicants from all nationalities, regardless of gender.
- Students with strong academic backgrounds in science, engineering, humanities, business, computer science, and other related fields.
- Applicants under 35 years old for Master’s programs and under 40 years old for PhD programs.

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a non-Saudi citizen residing outside Saudi Arabia at the time of application.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree for Master’s applicants or a Master’s degree for PhD applicants from a recognized institution.
- Must have above-average academic performance.
- Must be medically fit and free from contagious diseases.
- Must submit certified academic transcripts and graduation certificates authenticated by the Saudi Embassy.
- Must provide two academic recommendation letters.
- Must not have been expelled from any Saudi university.
- Must submit proof of English proficiency (IELTS or TOEFL, not older than two years), except for programs taught in Arabic.
