WMSU LandBank Scholarship Program

• Incoming first-year students at Western Mindanao State University (WMSU)
  
• Must be residents of Basilan or Zamboanga del Sur
  
• Must be children or grandchildren of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) or Small Farmers and Fisherfolk (SFFs)
  
• Must have a minimum average grade of 90% or belong to the Top 10 of their SHS class
  
• Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship or financial grant
  
• Annual total family income must not exceed PHP 300,000.00
  
• Must be endorsed by the high school principal
  

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

• Annual allowance of PHP 100,000 for education-related expenses
  
• Special cash incentives for graduating with honors
  
• On-the-job training (OJT) opportunities at LANDBANK branches, lending centers, or partner agencies

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be a Filipino citizen
  
• Must be a resident of Basilan or Zamboanga del Sur
  
• Must be a child or grandchild of an ARB or SFF
  
• Must have at least 90% average grade or belong to the Top 10 of their SHS class
  
• Must not be receiving any other scholarship or grant
  
• Must have an annual family income not exceeding PHP 300,000.00
  
• Must be endorsed by their high school principal
