The Santanina T. Rasul (STAR) Scholarship

• Female student from Bangsamoro or Indigenous Peoples (IP) communities
  
• Must be an incoming freshman enrolled at UP NCPAG, University of the Philippines Diliman
  
• 1 slot available for AY 2025–2026

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

• ₱6,000 monthly stipend for 10 months (₱60,000 per year)
• Additional support for books, transportation, and miscellaneous expenses
• Renewable for four years, subject to grade maintenance requirements
• Performance condition: Scholar must maintain a 2.0 GWA per semester to retain the scholarship

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be a female student belonging to Bangsamoro or IP communities
• Must be an incoming freshman at UP NCPAG, UP Diliman
• Must demonstrate financial need and commitment to academic excellence
