3 slots available for AY 2025–2026

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

₱25,000 per year (₱12,500 per semester) as a stipend
May be renewed every semester subject to academic performance and compliance with scholarship conditions

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

Must be currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) program at UP NCPAG
Must have good academic standing as prescribed by UP NCPAG
