Who May Apply

  • Open to all Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) students at UP NCPAG, University of the Philippines Diliman
  • 3 slots available for AY 2025–2026

Benefits

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

  • ₱25,000 per year (₱12,500 per semester) as a stipend
  • May be renewed every semester subject to academic performance and compliance with scholarship conditions

Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) program at UP NCPAG
  • Must have good academic standing as prescribed by UP NCPAG
