Who may apply
- Outstanding international students from countries outside the EU/EEA who wish to pursue a full-time Master’s (and in some cases Bachelor’s) degree at Maastricht University.
- Applicants must be 35 years old or younger by September 1, 2026.
- Must demonstrate excellent academic performance, leadership potential, and motivation to contribute positively to society.
- Applicants from developing countries, including the Philippines, are eligible to apply.

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must hold nationality from a country outside the EU/EEA.
- Must apply for admission to a full-time Master’s program at Maastricht University for AY 2026–2027.
- Must not have completed a full degree program in the Netherlands previously.
- Must meet the admission and English language proficiency requirements (IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent).
- Must have a strong academic record and meet program-specific entry requirements.
- Must exhibit leadership qualities and a clear motivation for pursuing the program.
