Application Period: There is currently no centralized deadline. Interested applicants must apply through their home institution’s Erasmus+ or international office.

Who May Apply

Students at the short-cycle, Bachelor’s, and Master’s levels
Doctoral candidates pursuing a degree at a higher education institution that participates in the Erasmus+ Programme
Students registered in a degree or tertiary-level qualification program
Applicants from Erasmus+ Programme countries and Partner countries (including the Philippines)

Benefits

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

Financial grant covering travel and daily living costs (amount varies by destination and other conditions)
Exemption from tuition, registration, examination, and lab/library fees at host institution
Additional support for students with fewer opportunities, those on traineeships, or those from remote regions
Online Language Support (OLS) for language preparation
Academic credit recognition by home institution under a Learning Agreement
Transcript of Records and Diploma Supplement upon completion

Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

Must be a citizen of one of 33 eligible countries (including the Philippines)
Must be admitted to an eligible English‑taught Master’s programme in Sweden
Must have a minimum of 3,000 hours of work experience (for applicants from the Philippines)
Must have demonstrated leadership experience from employment, civil society, or other engagements
Must not have previously received an SI scholarship or hold Swedish/EU citizenship or permanent residence
