Dr. Pio Valenzuela Scholarship Program (DPVSP) – AY 2026–2027

• Graduating senior high school students from Valenzuela City
  
• Students with strong academic performance (minimum GWA of 85% with no grade below 85)
  
• Applicants from low-income families (annual income not exceeding ₱120,000)
  
• Residents of Valenzuela City with verified residency and indigency status

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be a graduating senior high school student
  
• Must be a resident of Valenzuela City
  
• Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85%
  
• Must have no grade lower than 85 in any subject
  
• Must meet the required family income threshold
  
• Must submit complete documentary requirements, including proof of residency, income, and academic records
