Who may apply
- Professionals, social activists, and emerging leaders aged 23 and above
- Individuals with at least two years of professional or volunteer experience in civil society organizations, NGOs, or relevant initiatives
- Citizens of eligible countries across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe, including the Philippines
- 55–60 fellows selected annually

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- At least 23 years old at the time of application
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency (knowledge of German is an advantage but not required)
- Minimum of two years of professional or volunteer experience in civil society, NGOs, or community organizations
- Commitment to intercultural dialogue, social development, and community engagement
- Applicants must not be currently enrolled as full-time students
