CrossCulture Program (CCP) 2026 Fellowship

Who may apply

  • Professionals, social activists, and emerging leaders aged 23 and above
  • Individuals with at least two years of professional or volunteer experience in civil society organizations, NGOs, or relevant initiatives
  • Citizens of eligible countries across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe, including the Philippines
  • 55–60 fellows selected annually

Benefits

Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

  • At least 23 years old at the time of application
  • Strong written and spoken English proficiency (knowledge of German is an advantage but not required)
  • Minimum of two years of professional or volunteer experience in civil society, NGOs, or community organizations
  • Commitment to intercultural dialogue, social development, and community engagement
  • Applicants must not be currently enrolled as full-time students
