Who may apply
- Incoming first-year undergraduate students at Central Luzon State University (CLSU)
- Filipino citizens residing in Nueva Ecija
- Children or grandchildren of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), small farmers, or fishers
- Students with a minimum SHS average of 90% or part of the top 10% of the class
- Not currently receiving any other scholarship or financial assistance
- Family annual income must not exceed ₱300,000
- Must pass entrance requirements and screening procedures of CLSU
Benefits
Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:
- Annual allowance of ₱100,000 for books, clothing, and course requirements
- Special cash incentives for graduating with honors
- On-the-job training opportunities at LANDBANK branches, Lending Centers, and partner agencies
Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Filipino citizenship and residency in Nueva Ecija
- Descendants of ARBs or small farmers/fishers
- High academic standing (minimum 90% or top 10% of SHS class)
- Must not have other financial assistance or scholarships
- Family income must not exceed ₱300,000 annually
- Must meet all requirements and pass screening by CLSU and LANDBANK
