Who May Apply

Incoming first-year undergraduate students at Central Luzon State University (CLSU)
Filipino citizens residing in Nueva Ecija
Children or grandchildren of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), small farmers, or fishers
Students with a minimum SHS average of 90% or part of the top 10% of the class
Not currently receiving any other scholarship or financial assistance
Family annual income must not exceed ₱300,000
Must pass entrance requirements and screening procedures of CLSU

Benefits

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

Annual allowance of ₱100,000 for books, clothing, and course requirements
Special cash incentives for graduating with honors
On-the-job training opportunities at LANDBANK branches, Lending Centers, and partner agencies

Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

Filipino citizenship and residency in Nueva Ecija
Descendants of ARBs or small farmers/fishers
High academic standing (minimum 90% or top 10% of SHS class)
Must not have other financial assistance or scholarships
Family income must not exceed ₱300,000 annually
Must meet all requirements and pass screening by CLSU and LANDBANK
