Who may apply
- Filipino undergraduate students enrolled in CHED-recognized SUCs, LUCs, and private HEIs
- Students belonging to households with annual combined gross income not exceeding ₱300,000
- Students prioritized under:
- Listahanan (latest validated list)
- Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps)
- Poor students in private HEIs with no access to SUCs/LUCs
- Students completing their degree within the prescribed program duration (4–5 years + 1-year grace period)
- Additional groups:
- Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
- Licensure exam takers (TES-3b)
- Varies by school; no uniform national slot count
Benefits
Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:
- ₱10,000 per semester for students in SUCs and LUCs
- ₱13,500 per semester for students in private HEIs
- Additional ₱5,000 per semester for PWD grantees (TES-3a)
- TES-3b one-time reimbursement up to ₱8,000 for:
- Licensure exam fees
- Review center fees
- Notarial fees
- NBI/PSA/BIR documents
- TOR/Good Moral issuance
- Disbursement through school or CHED Regional Offices
Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino citizen enrolled in CHED-recognized SUCs, LUCs, or private HEIs
- Must be enrolled in a CHED-recognized program
- Must not exceed the allowed program duration
- Must belong to a household with income not exceeding ₱300,000 (unless prioritized under Listahanan/4Ps)
- Must submit required school-based documents (COR/COE, residency proofs, income documents, etc.)
- For TES-3b: must be a graduating/graduated student taking licensure exams
