Application Period: There is currently no announced application period. However, the program is on a first come, first served basis, so applicants are advised to apply early.

Who may apply

Applicants must fall under the following categories:

  • First-year college students
  • Enrolled in any 4-year degree program
  • From financially challenged backgrounds
  • 1,650 slots available nationwide for AY 2025–2026

Benefits

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

  • ₱7,500 per semester
  • ₱15,000 per academic year
  • Assistance covers tuition and daily allowance needs

Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

  • Must be a bona fide first-year college student
  • Must not apply through a representative
  • Must be enrolled in any 4-year degree program
