From financially challenged backgrounds
1,650 slots available nationwide for AY 2025–2026

Benefits

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

₱7,500 per semester
₱15,000 per academic year
Assistance covers tuition and daily allowance needs

Must be a bona fide first-year college student
Must not apply through a representative
Must be enrolled in any 4-year degree program
