Who May Apply

  • Senior high school graduates who are dependents of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs)
  • Students pursuing agriculture or agriculture-related degree programs in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs)
  • Applicants from low-income families (annual income not exceeding ₱100,000)
  • Individuals who have passed the entrance exam of an SUC
  • Applicants not receiving other government scholarships

Benefits

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

  • Monthly stipend of ₱3,000
  • Book allowance of ₱2,000 per semester
  • Transportation allowance of ₱500 per month
  • Lodging allowance of ₱500 per month
  • Thesis allowance of up to ₱10,000 (if applicable)
  • Graduation support of up to ₱5,000
  • Summer allowance of ₱5,000 (if applicable)

Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

  • Must be a dependent of an Agrarian Reform Beneficiary (ARB)
  • Must have a minimum average grade of 83%
  • Must have passed the entrance examination of a State University or College
  • Must be of good moral character and good health
  • Must not have any criminal or administrative case
  • Must not be a recipient of other government scholarships
