DAR Scholarship Program for Dependents of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (DSP-DARB) – AY 2026–2027
Who May Apply
- Senior high school graduates who are dependents of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs)
- Students pursuing agriculture or agriculture-related degree programs in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs)
- Applicants from low-income families (annual income not exceeding ₱100,000)
- Individuals who have passed the entrance exam of an SUC
- Applicants not receiving other government scholarships
Benefits
Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:
- Monthly stipend of ₱3,000
- Book allowance of ₱2,000 per semester
- Transportation allowance of ₱500 per month
- Lodging allowance of ₱500 per month
- Thesis allowance of up to ₱10,000 (if applicable)
- Graduation support of up to ₱5,000
- Summer allowance of ₱5,000 (if applicable)
Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a dependent of an Agrarian Reform Beneficiary (ARB)
- Must have a minimum average grade of 83%
- Must have passed the entrance examination of a State University or College
- Must be of good moral character and good health
- Must not have any criminal or administrative case
- Must not be a recipient of other government scholarships
