Vicsal Foundation College Scholarship Program (AY 2026–2027)

• Public senior high school graduates
  
• Students with strong academic performance (minimum GWA of 88% with no grade below 80%)
  
• Applicants from low-income families (annual income not exceeding ₱300,000 or ₱150,000 for single-income households)
  
• Residents of Cebu or nearby areas enrolling in partner institutions
  
• Students with leadership potential and good moral character

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

• Full tuition and school fees coverage
  
• Monthly allowance of ₱3,000
  
• Book allowance of ₱3,000 per semester
  
• Graduation support of up to ₱2,000

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be a graduate or graduating student from a public senior high school
  
• Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 88%
  
• Must not have any grade lower than 80% in any subject
  
• Must meet the required family income threshold
  
• Must possess good moral character and leadership potential
  
• Must not be a recipient of other scholarship grants
