Vicsal Foundation College Scholarship Program (AY 2026–2027)
Who May Apply
- Public senior high school graduates
- Students with strong academic performance (minimum GWA of 88% with no grade below 80%)
- Applicants from low-income families (annual income not exceeding ₱300,000 or ₱150,000 for single-income households)
- Residents of Cebu or nearby areas enrolling in partner institutions
- Students with leadership potential and good moral character
Benefits
Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:
- Full tuition and school fees coverage
- Monthly allowance of ₱3,000
- Book allowance of ₱3,000 per semester
- Graduation support of up to ₱2,000
Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a graduate or graduating student from a public senior high school
- Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 88%
- Must not have any grade lower than 80% in any subject
- Must meet the required family income threshold
- Must possess good moral character and leadership potential
- Must not be a recipient of other scholarship grants
