CHED Scholarship for Future Statisticians (ESTATISTIKOLAR) – AY 2025–2026
Who May Apply
- Filipino students in their 2nd to 4th year of college
- Students enrolled in Bachelor of Science in Statistics or Applied Statistics programs
- Applicants from low- to middle-income families (annual income not exceeding ₱500,000, with exceptions under certain conditions)
- Students from underrepresented sectors (e.g., PWDs, solo parents, indigenous peoples, and other marginalized groups)
Benefits
Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:
- Tuition and other school fees coverage (full or partial depending on program type)
- Monthly stipend of ₱7,000
- Book and/or connectivity allowance of ₱5,000 per semester
- Total annual support of up to ₱80,000–₱120,000 depending on institution type
Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- Must meet minimum GWA requirements:
- At least 85% for senior high school graduates
- At least 80% for college students (2nd–4th year)
- Must be enrolled in BS Statistics or BS Applied Statistics
- Must meet the required family income threshold or provide justification if exceeded
- Must submit complete documentary requirements to the appropriate CHED Regional Office
