CP-GIFTS Scholarship Program

• Incoming first-year college students
  
• Residents of Cebu Province for at least one year
  
• Registered voters in the province
  
• Enrolled in a public or state university within Cebu
  
• Belonging to families with a combined parental income not exceeding ₱200,000 per year
  
• Must not be enrolled in medical or graduate courses
  
• Must not be receiving any other form of scholarship or allowance
  
• Must have a general weighted average of at least 85%
  
• 100 slots available per district

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

• Monthly stipend of ₱3,000
  
• Semestral book allowance of ₱4,000

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be a registered voter in Cebu Province
  
• Must be a resident of Cebu Province for at least one year
  
• Must be enrolled in a state/public university in Cebu
  
• Must have no existing government or private scholarship/allowance
  
• Must have a combined family income of ₱200,000 or below
  
• Must have at least 85% GWA and passed entrance/admission requirements
  
• Must not be enrolled in Law, Medicine, or any graduate program
