• Graduate students enrolled in any of the following programs at UP Diliman:
  
  • Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning
    
  • MA in Urban and Regional Planning
    
  • MS in Regional Development Planning
    
  • PhD in Urban and Regional Planning
    
• 1 slot available for AY 2025–2026

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

• Semestral allowance based on actual interest earnings (approx. ₱8,000)

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be enrolled at UP Diliman
  
• Must have a GWA of 2.00 or better
  
• Must have no grade of 5.0, DRP, or unremoved 4.0 or INC in any semester
  
• Must pass the MURP admission exams
  
• Must pursue a full-time program of study
  
• Must carry the normal load of 12 units
  
• Must submit proof of income (2024 or 2025) or Narrative of Income Source
