Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) Scholarship 2026 in Taiwan (Fully Funded)

Applicants must fall under the following categories:

• Non-Taiwanese international students applying to Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. programs at Kaohsiung Medical University
  
• Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship
  
• Must be in good physical and mental health
  
• 2,000+ slots available for Spring 2026

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits depending on scholarship type:

• Type A (Ph.D. only)
  
  • Full tuition waiver (1 year)
    
  • Monthly stipend of NTD 10,000
    On-campus housing coverage
• Type B (Master’s & Ph.D.)
  
  • Full tuition waiver (1 year)

• Type C (All levels)

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be a non-Taiwanese citizen
  
• Must be in good health
  
• Must not hold any other scholarship at the same time
  
• Academic qualifications based on level:
  
  • High school diploma for Bachelor’s
    
  • Bachelor’s degree for Master’s
    
• Master’s degree for Ph.D.
  
• Must submit the following documents:
  
  • Online application form
    
  • Verified diploma and transcripts
    
  • Passport copy
    
  • Study plan (in English or Chinese)
    
  • Two letters of recommendation
    
  • Proof of English proficiency (or certificate stating English was medium of instruction)
    
  • Research thesis or publications (Ph.D. applicants only)
