Who may apply
- Freshman students enrolling for the first time in any college and any course within the UP System
- Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of award
- Must have passed the UPCAT (University of the Philippines College Admission Test)
- Parents’ annual gross income must not exceed ₱500,000.00
- Must have no record of disciplinary action
- 3 slots available for AY 2025–2026
Benefits
Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:
- ₱3,000 monthly stipend
- ₱4,000 book allowance per semester
Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a first-time freshman in the University of the Philippines System with no prior credited college coursework
- Must be a natural-born Filipino
- Must be enrolled in at least 15 academic units
- Must have passed the UPCAT
- Must have no disciplinary record
- Parents’ annual gross income ≤ ₱500,000
