University of Twente Scholarship (UTS) 2026 – Fully Funded Master’s Program
Who May Apply
- Outstanding non-EU/EEA international students who wish to pursue a Master’s degree at the University of Twente.
- Applicants must belong to the top 5–10% of their class academically.
- Must have been (conditionally) admitted to a Master’s programme at the University of Twente for September 2026 intake.
- Applicants from the Philippines and other non-EU/EEA countries are eligible to apply.
Benefits
Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:
- Financial support ranging from €3,000 to €22,000 for one academic year, covering living expenses.
- Renewable for the second year of study for two-year Master’s programmes, subject to performance (at least 50% of ECTS credits and GPA of 7/10 or higher).
- Opportunity to apply for the Kipaji Scholarship Fund for additional financial assistance.

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a citizen of a non-EU/EEA country.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Must have secured (conditional or full) admission to a UT Master’s programme before applying for the scholarship.
- Must not have graduated from any University of Twente programme previously.
- Must demonstrate English proficiency: IELTS 6.5 (minimum 6.0 in speaking) or TOEFL iBT 90 (minimum 20 in speaking).
- Must not be eligible for Dutch study loans or hold any other Dutch government scholarship.
