Who may apply
- Senior High School graduates (preferably aged 17–18)
- Filipino citizens from low-income families with an annual family income of no more than ₱250,000
- With an average grade of 80% or higher and no failing grades or disciplinary cases
- Must pass the admission test, interview, medical exams, and possible home visit
- Not color blind (especially for applicants to the Automotive Painting course)
- No tattoos, skin allergies, or abnormal BMI
- Must meet retention requirements (e.g., attendance, academic standing, no disciplinary action)
Benefits
Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:
- Free tuition and miscellaneous fees
- TESDA national assessment fees (first take only)
- Dormitory accommodation (if approved by sponsor)
- Monthly stipend (amount decided by sponsor)
- Transportation allowance
- Retention support subject to a 5-year service agreement upon graduation
Qualifications

- Annual family income not exceeding ₱250,000
- Must pass TMP Tech admission exam (minimum 70%)
- Must pass medical exams, interview, and possible home visit
- Must not have tattoos or color blindness
- Must be physically fit and able to meet BMI and other health standards
