Who May Apply
- Currently enrolled 3rd- or 4th-year college students
- Students studying at a higher education institution recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED)
- Students with strong academic standing and no failing grades”

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a 3rd- or 4th-year college student
- Must be currently enrolled in a CHED-recognized institution
- Must have a previous General Weighted Average of at least 85% or 2.00
- Must have no failing grades
- Must submit complete and accurate information through the official online application form
