Who may apply
- Filipino citizens (and other non-EU nationals) applying for Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral studies in Romania
- Applicants interested in Romanian language and culture
- Applicants not pursuing degrees in Medicine, Dental Medicine, or Pharmacy
- Applicants who do not speak Romanian (will undergo a preparatory language year)

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a citizen of a non-EU country (such as the Philippines)
- Must hold a high school diploma (for Bachelor’s), Bachelor’s degree (for Master’s), or Master’s degree (for Doctorate)
- Must submit a complete application through the Study in Romania platform
- Must choose a study program in a field other than Medicine, Dentistry, or Pharmacy
- Must be willing to study in Romanian (language preparation included if necessary)
- Must not hold Romanian citizenship or be part of any category that would qualify for Romanian tuition-free education by law
