Who may apply
- Underprivileged Filipino students from Junior High School to College
- Must be single, childless, and not older than 25 years old
- Must be a Filipino citizen from a household with a total monthly income not exceeding ₱20,000
- For incoming college freshmen, must be a public high school graduate
- Must not be a recipient of any major scholarship
- Must maintain a GWA of at least 88% for the past three academic years (excluding the current year)
- Must comply with all school and scholarship program requirements, including annual performance and eligibility reviews
Benefits
Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:
- Up to ₱100,000 in annual financial assistance
- Monthly allowance disbursed via BPI (released upon submission of grades/enrollment)

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:

- Incoming college freshmen must be public school graduates
- Must not be under any major scholarship program
- Willingness to comply with all requirements of the school and scholarship program
