Who May Apply
- Junior (3rd Year) students enrolled in BS Civil Engineering at the UP Diliman College of Engineering
- Students with parental annual gross income not exceeding Php 500,000.00
- Must be a natural-born Filipino
- Must not be taking a second bachelor’s degree
- 1 slot available for AY 2025–2026
Benefits
Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:
- Book allowance of Php 5,000 per semester
- Monthly stipend of Php 7,000
Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a regular third-year BS Civil Engineering student at the UP Diliman College of Engineering
- Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen
- Must be enrolled in at least fifteen (15) units at the time of the scholarship award
- Parents’ annual gross income must not exceed Php 500,000.00
- Must have no record of disciplinary action
- Must have passed the UPCAT
- Must not be taking a secondary bachelor’s degree
