Provincial Scholarship Program – Province of Cotabato (AY 2026–2027)

• Incoming first-year, second-year, and third-year college students
  
• Students enrolled or planning to enroll in Higher Education Institutions within the Province of Cotabato
  
• Residents of the Province of Cotabato
  
• Students demonstrating financial need (e.g., certificate of indigency required)

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be an incoming or current college student (1st to 3rd year)
  
• Must be enrolled or intending to enroll in a Higher Education Institution within Cotabato
  
• Must submit complete documentary requirements, including:
  
• Letter of application addressed to the Provincial Governor
  
• Certified true copy of latest grades or report card
  
• Certificate of indigency
  
• Must comply with all submission guidelines and requirements
