- Outstanding international students applying for a Master’s or DPhil (PhD) degree at the University of Oxford.
- Open to applicants from all nationalities and academic backgrounds.
- Students with an excellent academic record, typically equivalent to a first-class honors degree or its international equivalent.

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must apply for a full-time or part-time Master’s or DPhil program at the University of Oxford.
- Must meet the December or January 2026 application deadline specific to their chosen course.

- Must submit all required graduate application materials, including transcripts, degree certificates, CV, personal statement, and references.
- Must meet English language proficiency requirements (IELTS/TOEFL) if applicable.
- Open only to new applicants — continuing students or deferred offers are not eligible.
