Who May Apply

Incoming college students who are residents of SOCCSKSARGEN
Students with a general average of at least 85% and no grade below 80%
Must not be a recipient of any major scholarship or financial aid

Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

Must be a resident of SOCCSKSARGEN
Must have a general average of at least 85% based on the latest report card
Must not have a grade below 80% in any related subject
