Who may apply
- Senior high school graduates and college undergraduates
- Filipino citizens, single, aged 18–28 years old
- Students with no grade lower than 80% in Mathematics and Science
- Youth from families with an annual income of not more than ₱200,000

- TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) in either Mechatronics Servicing or Instrumentation and Control Servicing
- Employment opportunities at URC or other affiliated companies as Production/Machine Operator or Maintenance Technician
Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Filipino citizen

- No grade lower than 80% in Math and Science subjects
- From a family earning no more than ₱200,000 annually
