Who may apply
- Filipino educators with at least 1 year of teaching experience in K–12 or tertiary levels, teaching science, math, or STEM-related subjects.
- Priority given to public school teachers with at least 2 years of teaching experience.
- Incoming or ongoing first or second-year master’s degree students in STEM-related education programs.
- Must have a weighted grade of at least 2.0 or equivalent, with no failed, incomplete, or dropped grades.
- Must be currently enrolled in a Teacher Education Institution (TEI) within or above the national average LET performance.
- Must be of good moral standing and with no existing disciplinary cases.
- Must be in need of financial support and preferably not a recipient of other scholarships.

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of teaching experience in STEM (2 years for public school teachers preferred)
- Must be teaching or planning to teach in public or private K–12 schools or tertiary institutions
- Must be enrolled (or admitted) in a master’s degree related to science, technology, engineering, math, ALS, tech-voc, or special education
- GWA of at least 2.0 with no failing, dropped, or incomplete grades
- “Very Satisfactory” performance rating (for public school teachers) or at least “Satisfactory” (for private/tertiary educators)
- Of good moral standing and in need of financial support
- Preferably not receiving other scholarships
