- Full tuition coverage for the duration of the program (12–24 months for Master’s, 36–48 months for PhD).
- Monthly stipend of €992 for Master’s students and €1,300 for PhD students.

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum four years) in a relevant field.
- Must have at least two years of professional experience in a development-related role.
- Must demonstrate motivation for development-oriented study and commitment to social responsibility after graduation.
- The last academic degree must have been completed within the past six years.
- Proof of language proficiency:
- For English-taught programs: IELTS, TOEFL, or Medium of Instruction Certificate (MOI) if prior studies were in English.
- For German-taught programs: TestDaF or DSH certification.
- Applicants must submit a complete dossier including:
- DAAD application form (downloadable online)
- Hand-signed CV (Europass format)
- Hand-signed letter of motivation (max. 2 pages)
- Academic and professional recommendation letters (with letterhead, signature, and date)
- Employment confirmation and proof of re-employment (if applicable)
- Certified copies of diplomas and transcripts (with translations if needed)
- Proof of language proficiency (English/German)
- Copy of passport or national ID
