Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

• Semestral allowance based on actual interest earnings (approx. ₱10,000)

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in one of the eligible programs at UP Diliman
  
• Must be in their 3rd or 4th year of undergraduate studies
  
• Must have a GWA of 2.50 or better
  
• Must not have a grade of 5.0, DRP, or unremoved 4.0 or INC in any semester
  
• Must have carried at least 15 units in the previous semester
  
• Must not be taking a second bachelor’s degree
  
• Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship grant
  
• Must not have been held liable for any disciplinary action worse than a five-day class suspension
  
• Must submit recent proof of income (2024 or 2025) or Narrative of Income Source
