Who may apply
- Foreign nationals, including Filipinos, who wish to pursue undergraduate, master’s, doctoral, or postgraduate research studies in Mexico
- Applicants with strong academic backgrounds and relevant study plans
- Applicants who meet the language and program-specific requirements of Mexican institutions
- Applicants generally proficient in Spanish

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Must be a foreign national from an eligible country (including the Philippines)
- Must hold the required academic degree for the program applied to (Bachelor’s for Master’s, Master’s for Ph.D., etc.)
- Must have academic excellence as required by the host institution
- Must demonstrate language proficiency in Spanish (or commit to take Spanish language training, depending on the program)
- Must meet all documentary and institutional requirements of the host university
