• 2nd or 3rd year students enrolled in any of the following programs at UP Diliman, UP Los Baños, or UP Manila:

  • BS Agricultural Biotechnology
    
  • BS Agricultural Chemistry
    
  • BS Agriculture
    
  • BS Food Science and Technology
    
  • BS Materials Engineering
    
  • BS Mechanical Engineering
    
  • BS Chemical Engineering
    
  • BS Civil Engineering
    
  • BS Electrical Engineering
    
  • BS Industrial Engineering
    
  • BS Electronics Engineering
    
  • BS Geodetic Engineering
    
  • BS Mining Engineering
    
  • BS Computer Engineering
    
  • BS Medicine
    
  • BS Metallurgical Engineering
    
• Must be enrolled in the College of Agriculture, College of Medicine, or College of Engineering
  
• Annual household income must not exceed ₱500,000
  
• 1 slot available for AY 2025–2026

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

• Semestral allowance based on actual interest earnings (approx. ₱10,000)

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be a sophomore or junior student
  
• Must be enrolled in one of the listed programs at UP Diliman, UPLB, or UP Manila
  
• Must have a GWA of 2.50 or better for the two semesters immediately preceding the application
  
• Must not have a grade of 5.0, DRP, or unremoved 4.0 or INC
  
• Must not be taking a second bachelor’s degree
  
• Must not have been held liable for any disciplinary action
  
• Must submit recent proof of income (2024 or 2025) or Narrative of Income Source
