• College students enrolled in public or private institutions nationwide
  
• Students currently enrolled in the semester with proof of enrollment
  
• Applicants in need of financial assistance for educational expenses

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

• Financial assistance for tuition, school fees, or other academic expenses
  
• Flexible support depending on the applicant’s financial needs and evaluation
  
• Access to government assistance through digital (eGovPH) or email application

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a college program
  
• Must submit proof of enrollment and academic records
  
• Must provide valid identification and required documents
  
• Must comply with PCSO application procedures and evaluation
