Who May Apply

  • Undergraduate students currently enrolled at UP Diliman
  • Must have a complete SIKAP portfolio with valid Proof of Income (2025 or 2024 for ITR)
  • Must be financially needy, as assessed through the submitted income documentation
  • Students with incomplete documentation may submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source indicating monthly or annual income
  • 22 slots available for AY 2025–2026

  • Financial assistance to support tuition, learning materials, and daily educational expenses

Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in UP Diliman
  • Must have a complete and updated SIKAP portfolio
  • Must upload the most recent Proof of Income (2025 or 2024 for ITR)
  • If no proof is available, submit a Notarized Affidavit of Income Source
  • Must ensure all supporting documents are submitted on or before the deadline
