Chinese Ambassador (Full) Scholarship

• Freshman students enrolled at UP Diliman under any of the following colleges:
  
  • College of Law
    
  • National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG)
    
  • School of Economics
    
  • College of Mass Communication
    
• Must have carried a minimum load of 15 units
  
• Must be financially needy, with parents’ annual gross income not exceeding ₱500,000
  
• Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship or financial assistance
  
• 2 slots available for AY 2025–2026

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

• ₱7,000 monthly stipend
• ₱5,000 book allowance per semester

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must be a freshman student at UP Diliman enrolled in any of the specified colleges
• Must have a minimum of 15 units academic load
• Must be financially needy (annual parental income ≤ ₱500,000)
• Must not be a recipient of other scholarships or financial aid
• Must have a complete SIKAP portfolio with updated Proof of Income (2024 or 2025) or a Narrative of Income Source if other documents are unavailable
