• 2nd-year students enrolled in the following programs at the UP Diliman College of Mass Communication:
  
  • BA Broadcast Communication
    
  • BA Communication Research
    
  • BA Film
    
  • BA Journalism
    
• Must come from a household with an annual income not exceeding ₱500,000
  
• 1 slot available for AY 2025–2026

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

• Semestral allowance based on actual interest earnings (approx. ₱12,500)

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Must have a GWA of 3.00 or better
  
• Must be enrolled in at least 15 units
  
• Must not have any grade of 5.0, DRP, or unremoved 4.0 or INC in any semester
  
• Must not be taking a second bachelor’s degree
  
• Must be a bona fide sophomore student at the UP Diliman College of Mass Communication
  
• Must not have been the subject of any disciplinary action worse than a five-day class suspension
  
• Must not transfer to another course or go on leave of absence without prior approval
  
• Must submit the following documents:
  
  • Certificate of Year Level Standing
    
  • Transcript of Records
    
  • Proof of income (2024 or 2025) or Narrative of Income Source
