Who May Apply

Incoming first-year students at Isabela State University (ISU)
Filipino citizens residing in Isabela
Children or grandchildren of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) or small farmers and fisherfolk (SFFs)
Students with at least 90% SHS average or part of the top 10% of their class
Must not be receiving any other scholarship or financial aid
Family income must not exceed ₱300,000 annually

Benefits

Scholars may enjoy the following benefits:

Annual allowance of ₱100,000 for books, clothing, and course requirements
Special cash incentives for graduating with honors
Opportunities for on-the-job training (OJT) at LANDBANK branches, Lending Centers, and partner agencies

Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

Resident of Isabela and Filipino citizen
Must be a first-year student endorsed by their SHS principal
Child or grandchild of an ARB or small farmer/fisher
Not a recipient of other scholarships or financial grants
Family income not exceeding ₱300,000 annually
Must complete all documentary requirements and pass the selection process
