MDFI College Scholarship Program
Who May Apply
- Financially challenged pharmacy students in their last two years of study enrolled in MDFI’s partner pharmacy schools
- Incoming college freshmen who are recipients of MDFI’s Gawad Talino Awards and enrolled in state universities in the following programs:
- Accountancy / Financial Management
- Architecture
- Business Administration
- Engineering (Civil, Computer, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical)
- Information Technology
- Mathematics
- Psychology
- Accountancy / Financial Management
- Must not be a dependent of any employee of Mercury Drug Corporation, Mercury Group of Companies, or its subsidiaries
- Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship or educational assistance

Qualifications
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
For Pharmacy Students:
- Must be in their last two years of study
- Must have a GWA of at least 2.5 (80%)
- Must be single, not more than 23 years old, in good health, and of good moral character
For Gawad Talino Awardees:
- Must be incoming college freshmen in a listed priority course in a state university
- Must have a GWA of at least 2.0 (85%)
- Must be single, not more than 21 years old, in good health, and of good moral character
